Oven Baked 3-Ingredient Crescent Brie Bites

super-easy appetizer: crescent dough + Brie + your favorite jam. They’re buttery, creamy, slightly sweet, and perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 small wheel Brie, cut into about 24 small pieces
  • ¼ cup fruit preserves or jam — cranberry, raspberry, apricot, or fig work especially well

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the dough: Separate the crescent dough into triangles and cut each triangle into smaller pieces, enough to make about 24 bites.
  3. Fill: Press a piece of dough into each mini muffin cup. Add a small piece of Brie and about ½ teaspoon jam on top.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
  5. Cool briefly for 3–5 minutes before removing from the pan and serving warm.
