Homemade Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
Dough:
1 cup milk, lukewarm
2 1/4 tsp active yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
Filling:
1 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
Glaze:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp softened cream cheese
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Method:
Dough Preparation:
Activate yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, butter, salt, egg, and gradually mix in flour. Knead to form a soft dough.
Let rise in a warm spot until doubled.
Filling Setup:
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out dough, spread with butter, sprinkle sugar mixture, then top with blueberries.
Roll and Cut:
Roll the dough, slice into 12 pieces, and arrange in a baking dish.
Let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Baking:
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25 minutes.
