Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of grapes (red or green, halved)
  • 1 apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)
  • 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1 cup of strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple (diced, fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (optional)

For the Creamy Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:
