Ingredients:
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Large Eggs
• ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
• ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
• Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
½ cup Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) & grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients – Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients – In another bowl, whisk butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg & vanilla.
Combine – Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet, stirring gently. Avoid overmixing.
Fill & bake – Divide batter into muffin cups & bake 20-25 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
Coat in cinnamon sugar – Mix sugar & cinnamon, then dip warm muffin tops to coat.
Optional: For extra crispiness, return to the oven for 2-3 min.
Cool & serve – Enjoy warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar!
