INGREDIENTS:
For the strawberries:
12 large fresh strawberries
1/2 cup cream cheese, grated
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: PREPARE STRAWBERRIES
– Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Cut the top of the strawberries and gently empty the inside with a small spoon, making sure not to penetrate the skin.
STEP 2: PREP CHEESECAKE STUFFING
– In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
– Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
– Gently insert the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
STEP 3: GET STRAWBERRIES FILL
– Using a sheath pocket or a spoon, fill each peeled strawberry with the cheesecake mix.
STAGE 4: DRESSING AND TRIMMING
– Sprinkle stuffed strawberries with crumbled Graham crackers to add crunch.
– Arrange the strawberries on a serving dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
