Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 5 tablespoons butter, sliced
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes, halved or quartered (depending on size)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (fresh or jarred)
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash and halve or quarter the baby yellow potatoes (you want them in bite-sized pieces).
  • Slice the butter into small pats to help it melt evenly.

2. Layer in the Slow Cooker:

  • Place the beef stew meat at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the halved potatoes on top of the beef.
  • Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over the top.
  • Add the chopped garlic over the potatoes and beef.
  • Place the sliced butter on top of the ingredients.

3. Cook:

  • Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  • You can stir halfway through if you’d like, but it’s not necessary.

4. Serve:

  • Once everything is cooked and tender, give it a gentle stir, and adjust seasoning if needed (you can add a little extra salt or pepper).
  • Serve hot and enjoy the rich, buttery, and garlicky goodness!
